Rating : - Loud fan noise/too tight a fit/fan now broke
I'm coming up on the 6 month anniversay with this and the fan noise has now gone from obnoxious to really annoying - the fan must be dying - I can't imagine what trouble there will be if the fan stops working (do they really generate that much heat? I guess I'll find out). Even when the fan worked correctly I can't believe how much noise it made.

I agree with the others about how tight the fit is when inserted. I too am waiting to pull the whole ligher plug right out of the dash.
